Purchased new about 6 years ago and have fired it approximately 20 times, the majority of the rounds being the .410 Defender and maybe five 454 Casull. So this weapon is practically new. It has been in transport or storage since then. it does have slight wear on the side of one tip of the barrel from transport and any other marks are scratches are due to transport / storage rash, but they are minimal.
