This rifle is essentially an HK91 in 7.62x39 with the roller delayed blow back recoil system which results in a very accurate rifle with mild recoil of the mid-range 7.62x39 cartridge.  Search PTR for history and LOTS of info on this HK91/G3 derivative and check out Rob Ski's test and glowing review of this rifle at AK Operators Union on youtube.  HK did manufacture in small quantities the G3 in this cartridge sometime in the 1960s.  This rifle is newly manufactured entirely by PTR Industries of Aynor, SC.   No used or surplus parts or imported kits were used to build this rifle.  Full specs can be found on PTR's website.  Comes with 1 Mag Pul 30 rd AK47 magazine. 10, 20 and 30 round mags are available from Mag Pul.   I have some steel AK mags that don't fit well and aren't recommended.  Mag Pul PMags are cheap and plentiful and they work.
